Bowls

One of the most used set of toys in our child care is this set of bowls.

I got them years ago from a school supply place.  They have been with our "kitchen" items for years, but they are rarely used for cooking.

The one-year-olds use them to stack and nest.

Others use them as hats.

I stand by my motto:  KISS - Keep It Super Simple and these are one of the simplest!
